Unfavorable climatic conditions can delay shipping. More detailed definition of the generic term "unfavorable climatic conditions"

In particular, excessively high temperatures can harm the ants and, in the worst case, lead to the death of the animals. For this reason, shipping will not take place at temperatures above 30 °C.

In winter below 0 °C, or for exotic species below 5 °C, heat packaging must also be ordered, otherwise shipping cannot take place. In winter below 0 °C or down to -5 °C, native species cannot be shipped or only under certain conditions. Certain conditions: Short-term cold snaps can be cushioned -> the shipping process is carried outMedium-term cold snaps cannot be cushioned -> the shipping day is recalculatedOverview:Summer:Over 30 degrees Celsius = no ant shippingWinter:Below 5 degrees Celsius = restricted shipping of exotic speciesBelow 0 degrees Celsius = restricted ant shipping Below -5 degrees Celsius = no ant shipping
